Overview

Fabrication Solutions, LLC. is a highly skilled, small custom metal fabrication company located in Oakland Park, Florida. They are currently seeking a Welder/Fabricator to construct products from raw materials while ensuring adherence to factory and custom specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Confirm measurements of parts and proper fit.
• Adhere to a strict production schedule.
• Test products after production to ensure consistency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.

Requirements

• Previous experiences as a Welder/Fabricator or in a similar position.
• Fabrication training or certification is preferred.
• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Excellent manual dexterity and vision.
• Highly detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Versed in custom fabrication and creative problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Competent in TIG/MIG on aluminum, mild steel and stainless.
• Knowledge of metal and alloys.
• Safety awareness.
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as but not limited to weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass a level II background check.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints are a plus.
