Overview

The Welding Worker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a welding shop at a federal correctional facility, supervising inmate workers in the design, manufacture, and repair of security devices and metal parts while ensuring public safety and maintaining institutional security.

• Supervise and train inmate workers in various phases of welding and related trades.
