Overview

Commercial Trade Source (CTS) is expanding its field team and is seeking experienced commercial pipefitters in the New Port Richey area, offering year-round steady work and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints.
• Attach pipes to walls, structures, and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding equipment.
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauge, hydro-static testing, observation, or other methods.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment following blueprints.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must have commercial pipefitting experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the pipefitting trade.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and drug-free.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Committed to being drug free.
