Overview

We are hiring dependable team members to join our commercial cabinet and casework production team. This position includes cabinet assembly, machine operation, and general shop production work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets and commercial casework from pre-cut parts
• Operate woodworking machines and production equipment
• Verify measurements and maintain quality standards
• Install hardware, drawers, glass, locks, and other components
• Sand and prep finished parts as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Track time and materials using company systems
• Assist in multiple areas of production as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality expectations

Requirements

• 1+ years of cabinet, millwork, or woodworking experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read measurements and work orders accurately
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team and take direction
