Overview

The Welder III position at TechnipFMC Brasil involves welding parts used in the manufacturing of equipment, utilizing various welding processes approved by the company. The role requires adherence to welding specifications and aims to meet delivery deadlines for the company's products.

Responsibilities

• Receive pieces to be welded from supervision according to the qualified welding process.
• Verify and provide welding specifications based on the production route and inspect the assembly for welding readiness.
• Prepare the welding machine, ensuring calibration is up to date and making necessary adjustments according to specifications.
• Preheat the piece to be welded according to specifications and maintain interpass temperature using appropriate instruments.
• Weld pieces according to qualified specifications, ensuring compliance with established welding parameters.
• Recover pieces according to reports and specifications to meet engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Complete High School education.
• Familiarity with inconel 625 welding using coated electrode or experience with nickel alloys or GTAW/TIG.
• Availability to work in shifts.
