We are looking for aMaintenance Coordinator – Weldingto join our team and lead key initiatives in automated welding and robotic maintenance. Main ResponsibilitiesLead welding supervisors and technicians, ensuring resources and compliance with production plans. Implement continuous improvement strategies in automated welding processes (MIG/MAG,resistance welding,TIG).
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs in robotic cells and welding equipment. Coordinate internal and external audits, managing corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to standardize processes and support new projects.
Manage key indicators (OEE,FPY, downtime, scrap) and generate executive reports. Oversee safety, environmental, and quality policies according to the Integrated Management System. Validate new equipment, layouts, and automation projects.
Serve as technical liaison with suppliers and clients on welding matters.RequirementsDegree inElectronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum7 years of experiencein a similar position.
Advanced English. Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams. Knowledge of automated welding processes and programming of industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, NACHI, PANASONIC).
