About the Position: We are looking for a Production Maintenance Specialist to join the Manufacturing GT team, reporting directly to the Maintenance general supervisor. This position is based at the Toluca Plant.

Your Responsibilities will be

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures and malfunctions. • Coordinate with operations teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and part usage. • Develop and review maintenance procedures and protocols. • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Provide technical support and training to junior staff or technicians. • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables. What Qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; diploma acceptable with experience. • Minimum 2-4 years in a maintenance engineering or technical role. • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; proficiency in troubleshooting and repairs; familiarity with maintenance management systems.
