Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator – Welding to join our team and lead key initiatives in automated welding and robotic maintenance. Main Responsibilities - Lead welding supervisors and technicians, ensuring resources and compliance with production plans.

• Implement continuous improvement strategies in automated welding processes (MIG/MAG, resistance welding, TIG). • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs in robotic cells and welding equipment. • Coordinate internal and external audits, managing corrective actions. • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to standardize processes and support new projects. • Manage key indicators (OEE, FPY, downtime, scrap) and generate executive reports. • Oversee safety, environmental, and quality policies according to the Integrated Management System. • Validate new equipment, layouts, and automation projects. • Serve as technical liaison with suppliers and clients on welding matters. Requirements - Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position. • Advanced English. • Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams. • Knowledge of automated welding processes and programming of industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, NACHI, PANASONIC). • Experience leading technical teams and analyzing KPIs.
