Job Title: WelderLocation: Greensboro, Burlington, Graham Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire / Contract Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Pay Range: $21-$24 Job SummaryWe are currently seeking skilled and entry-level Welders to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding are encouraged to apply. Multiple shifts are available, and we are actively building our talent pipeline for upcoming projects and long-term opportunities. Responsibilities • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding on a variety of materials • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy • Grind, clean, and finish welded products as needed • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow all company safety procedures and production standardsQualifications • Previous welding experience preferred but not required for some positions • Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, or Stick welding • Ability to read tape measures and blueprints is a plus • Familiarity with hand and power tools • Strong attention to detail and work ethic • Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Skills • Structural or fabrication experience • AWS certifications are a plus • Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred • Manufacturing or production background
