The Steel Shop Welder position involves working as a structural steel fabricator and layout specialist, focusing on welding and cutting steel while ensuring safety and quality standards in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld mild steel using MIG welders.
• Cut steel using a torch.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with our team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and layout.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication tools.
• Team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
