Overview

LM Industrial, a Veteran-Owned company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder & Metal Fabricator to join their team. This role requires expertise in metalwork, including reading blueprints, fabricating complex structures, and delivering precise welds across various metals.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from blueprints and technical drawings.
• Work independently and as a team to meet tight deadlines.
• Read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Weld components as specifications using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MIG, TIG, Stick Welding and Fabrication.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Written and verbal communication in English. Bilingual preferred (ENG/SPA).
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
• Welding certification is a plus.
