Overview

We are looking for an experienced granite polisher and stone fabricator/support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to hone and polish granite edges and faces, and will support the production workflow while participating in various stone fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hone and polish granite edges and faces.
• Support overflow production workflow.
• Engage in manual labor including handling heavy stone material.
• Perform equipment maintenance, washdown, and slurry management.
• Operate fork-lift and front-end loader.
• Provide immediate support in fabrication tasks such as packaging and stone handling.
• Participate in actual stone fabrication tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in honing and polishing granite.
• Preferred experience in raw material fabrication, especially natural stone.
• Ability to manage diverse workflows.
• Experience in landscape or masonry trades is beneficial.
• Fabrication abilities including machine management and blueprint comprehension are highly valued.
