Overview

This safety-minded, fast-growing provider of high-quality custom welding, fabrication, and maintenance solutions is seeking an experienced Field Welding Foreman to join the team. The position offers a mix of field and shop work, ensuring consistent pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 3 to 5 millwrights/ironworkers/field welders on various projects nationwide.
• Ensure projects are supplied with needed materials, tools, equipment, plans, and manpower.
• Be hands-on with projects that include shutdown work, welding, and new installation of various mechanical systems in industrial environments.

Requirements

• Welding capabilities in structural steel SMAW (certifications preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years or more millwright/ironworker/welding experience in the field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 7 – 14 days at a time.

Additional Information

• Wage is $33-$38 an hour.
• Work schedule is Monday - Friday with Saturday/Sunday as needed, 8 to 10 hour shifts, totaling 40-60 hours a week.
