Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced fabricator who can build custom steel and aluminum structures with precision and professionalism. This is NOT basic production work; we build custom architectural sign structures that require accuracy, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build custom steel and aluminum structures.
• Fabricate accurately from blueprints/shop drawings.
• Lay out, fit, square, and assemble structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Experienced with BOTH steel and aluminum fabrication.
• MIG welding required.
• TIG aluminum welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints/shop drawings.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay productive.
• Clean, organized, detail-oriented workmanship.
• Must be precise and take pride in quality.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
