Royalite Manufacturing is hiring an experienced MIG & TIG Aluminum Welder for their San Carlos facility, focusing on building custom residential and commercial skylights and roof-access ladders. The company values craftsmanship, safety, and steady hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG & TIG welding on aluminum per blueprints and work orders
- Solder where required and ensure structural integrity of welded assemblies
- Operate press brake, shear, and basic machining tools to prep and fit parts
- Read/interpret blueprints, fixtures, and welded assemblies for quality and fit
- Collaborate with production to meet schedules and maintain high standards
Requirements
- 3+ years welding experience (MIG & TIG required)
- Strong aluminum experience; FCAW and soldering a plus
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using micrometers/precision tools
- Reliable, safety-minded, quality-focused, able to work independently or in a team
- Valid work authorization for U.S. employment
