Overview

We are a custom metal fabrication and railing subcontractor based in Hood River, specializing in structural steel, custom railings, and ornamental details. We are looking for an experienced fabricator who can contribute to our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and fit structural steel, railings, and custom architectural metalwork
• Read and interpret shop drawings and field dimensions
• Perform MIG and TIG welding to commercial and architectural quality standards
• Prep, grind, and finish weldments to specification
• Support field installation crews as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional fabrication experience
• Strong MIG welding skills; TIG welding is a plus
• Comfortable working from drawings and verbal direction
• Able to work independently and manage time on the floor
• Reliable, professional, and a team player
• Valid driver's license preferred
