Olympia Provisions is hiring a full-time Raw Fabrication team member to help craft sausages, salami, and pickled products using traditional methods and modern food safety standards. No experience is required as training will be provided, and the company seeks reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and vegetables
• Stuffing and hanging sausages
• Operating production equipment
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Working closely with the production team

Requirements

• No experience required
• Must be reliable and hardworking
• Detail-oriented
• Excited to learn
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
