WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING - Leading a team of up to 30 employees performing shipbuilding work (ship hull welding, assembly) - Ensuring daily work planning, workflow, progress tracking, quality of work, safety requirements, and documentation management - Communicating with client representatives and representing the company’s interests - Work independently, solve daily technical and organizational problems, effectively manage the team, ensure smooth work organization in dynamic situations, and serve as a leader and authority figure for other team members - Work on business trips abroad—8–12 weeks per project, followed by 2–4 weeks of rest at home WHY RNDV - Newcomer induction program based on RNDV’s unique culture - Supportive and motivating managers - Ongoing internal and external training - Career opportunities within the RNDV - Traditional summer and winter events - Ongoing support from Technical Department colleagues throughout the project - Bonuses for referring a new colleague - "Perks" discount platform - Organized travel to/from abroad, with transportation provided during the project WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - At least 4 years of experience in a foreman position in the shipbuilding sector (on large-scale projects) - Experience managing a team of up to 30 employees - Good Spanish and Russian language skills (English is a plus) - Flexibility, strategic thinking, and effective delegation skills - Ability to build and motivate a team
