Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products.
  • Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
  • Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.
  • Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical systems and tools.
  • Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.
  • Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.

Additional Information

  • 1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Thurs, 4 10-hour shifts.
  • 2nd Shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am, Mon-Thurs, 4 10-hour shifts.
  • Weekend Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Fri-Sun, 3 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours get paid for 40).
