Responsibilities

• Fit, align, and assemble large fabricated parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform MIG welding on thick materials and structural components, focusing on structural repairs and modifications.
• Operate heavy-duty fabrication tools including grinders, cutting torches, and plasma cutters.
• Inspect welds and assemblies for compliance with blueprints and quality standards.
• Demonstrate commitment to zero harm behaviors to support a world-class safety culture.
• Minimal travel required; primarily onsite work in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

• 5+ years of MIG welding experience with thick materials and structural components.
• Ability to read and interpret agile drawings and welding symbols.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Proficiency in using air arc welding equipment.
