Overview

Singer Vehicle Design is seeking a Fabricator III to join their team in Torrance, CA, where they restore and reimagine Porsche 911s with a focus on precision and detail.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, and restore high-end automotive chassis and parts.
• Perform all assignments in accordance with EH&S and security policies.
• Inspect both raw materials and finished products for conformance to quality specifications.
• Assist senior Fabricators with parts and projects.
• Interact with Engineering Teams to execute work requests.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in an automotive (chassis/parts), restoration, manufacturing, and/or assembly environment.
• General automotive knowledge and knowledge of fabrication, machining/welding equipment setup, process, and maintenance.
• Eager to learn, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated success working with a team towards a common goal.
• Bonus points for Certifications and/or technical automotive program graduate.

• Schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm plus overtime.
