Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder. This role involves MIG and/or TIG welding, blueprint interpretation, metal finishing, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for candidates who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine proper welding processes.
• Weld cut parts together efficiently and accurately.
• Deburr, grind, and smooth metal surfaces to achieve proper finish.
• Inspect completed welds for structural soundness using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools.
• Maintain equipment condition and ensure safe, proper operation.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with MIG or TIG welding required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in grinding, de-burring, and metal finishing.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work the full shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
