At Imagine, we help clients deliver innovative visual communications from concept to delivery. The Fabricator role involves assisting in bringing creative visions to life through woodworking assembly and ensuring high-quality fabrication work.
Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking and foam sculpting machinery and tools.
- Glue, fit, and clamp parts and sub-assemblies together.
- Sand and scrape surfaces and joints to prepare for finishing.
- Verify dimensions and product specifications for accuracy.
- Assemble and prep units for finishing with precision.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure all required parts for assembly are present.
- Participate in product development meetings.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Report and detail product malfunctions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous fabrication experience required.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and technology.
- Proven experience with assembly work including woodworking, carpentry, sculpting, and/or finishing.
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools preferred.
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
- Comfortable operating machinery such as lathes, drill presses, power saws, and mills.
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Additional Information
- Schedule: Thursday - Monday
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Must be willing to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
