Overview

SMS group is seeking a Welder/Fabricator who is mechanically inclined and looking to expand their skills in welding and fabrication. The company promotes a culture of innovation, growth, and inclusion, making it an ideal place for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations such as Arc, MIG, TIG brazing and burning in all positions on a variety of metals.
• Weld to SMAW, GMAW, GTAW standards; vertical up, vertical down, and horizontal.

Requirements

• Good mechanical skills.
• Good working knowledge of mechanical tools.
• Self-motivation to identify, analyze and independently work to find solutions.
• Ability to learn and understand critical processes and operations in assigned areas.
