Responsibilities

• Inspect electrofusion couplings to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Measure components to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify fittings meet electrical performance requirements (current and amp draw).
• Document inspection results and report non-conforming products.
• Assist with service and maintenance of McElroy butt fusion equipment (18” and below).
• Support calibration of electrofusion processors, McElroy dataloggers, and fusion equipment (as trained).
• Assist with equipment preparation, cleaning, and staging.
• Support shipping and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment service.
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
