The Mechanical Watchmaker position is essential to the After Sales Division, focusing on delivering high-quality service and fostering team collaboration. The role involves diagnosing and repairing timepieces while maintaining brand standards and promoting continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose timepieces for repair using prescribed equipment and standardized methods.
- Clean, adjust, and calibrate watches to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that estimates accurately reflect the required servicing.
- Ensure that repair work meets brand quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity standards.
Requirements
- Must employ strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical skills should include high mechanical/quartz watch repair.
- Must be able to manage workflow independently and collaboratively.
- High potential for continued learning.
- Adaptability to work within different teams depending on workflows and needs.
- WOSTEP or CW21 certification, or minimum 5 years mechanical watch repair experience a plus.
