Overview

As a Head Mechanic at FatCats, you will take the lead in maintaining and repairing our bowling and scoring equipment to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in keeping our lanes in top condition while working closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on bowling and scoring equipment, including pinsetters and lanes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and communicate effectively with guests.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and manage parts inventory.
• Keep accurate logs for maintenance and repairs.
• Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills to mentor team members.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure safety protocols are always followed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Be computer literate and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
