Overview

H&G Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial and Industrial Pipe Welder / Fitter to support mechanical projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The company has been delivering high-quality mechanical contracting services since 1968 and offers steady year-round work with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe welding and fitting on commercial and industrial jobsites.
• Handle layout, cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly of piping systems based on project specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics as needed.
• Ensure proper fit-up and weld integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain safety, productivity, and project quality.

Requirements

• Commercial and/or industrial pipe welding and fitting experience.
• Proficiency with stick (ARC) and MIG welding.
• Required 6G certification.
• Strong pipe layout, fitting, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Safety-focused approach with strong jobsite awareness.
• Comfortable operating tools and equipment required for fieldwork.
• Ability to handle physical demands of construction environments.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
