Waverly Heights is seeking a full-time General Mechanic to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through maintenance and repairs. The role involves routine inspections and collaboration with the maintenance team in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of mechanical systems throughout the community.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks for HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical.
• Respond promptly to work orders and requests from various departments.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify potential issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a general mechanic or similar role is required.
• Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn.

Additional Information

• Scheduled for 40 hours per week with weekend on-call rotation.
