Industrial Talent Group (ITG) is actively hiring for a TIG Welder / Fabricator opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Welding and fabricating manufactured parts, weldments, and assemblies
• Component layout, welding, finishing, and prep work
• Preparing parts for powder coating
• Maintaining and organizing your workstation and welding area
• Working closely with fabrication and production teams

Requirements

• Strong blueprint / print reading ability
• TIG welding experience required
• MIG welding experience on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum
• Ability to read tape measures and use calipers
• Familiarity with sheet metal and machined parts
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
