Hadrian is building autonomous factories to help aerospace and defense companies manufacture critical parts faster and cheaper. The company is expanding its operations with a new facility in Mesa, Arizona, creating numerous job opportunities in advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment (manual and automated)
• Control weld parameters (current, voltage, travel speed)
• Inspect welds and identify defects
• Perform rework and basic troubleshooting
• Follow WPS and safety standards

Requirements

• Welding certification or equivalent experience
• Ability to read weld symbols and prints
• Experience with production welding
