Responsibilities
- Lead Inspection, Certification & Quality Control for custom welded hydraulic cylinders.
- Oversee welding inspectors and plan code-compliant weld inspections.
- Interpret drawings and WPSs.
- Ensure adherence to AWS/ASME standards.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Coach a safety-first team culture.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
