JARP Industries Inc is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will read blueprints, lay out and weld components, and fabricate custom parts for hydraulic cylinders and systems.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and layouts.
• Weld components and fabricate custom parts for hydraulic cylinders and systems.
• Use MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding processes.
• Operate cutting and forming equipment.
• Verify quality with measuring tools and weld inspections.
• Collaborate across projects in a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
