Overview
We are looking for innovative individuals to join our team as Associate Production Welders or Senior Production Welders at Halliburton, one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry. Responsibilities
- Perform standard operations in the welding process under direct supervision.
- Conduct welding, brazing, prep, post-braze cleanup, final cleanup, labeling, cutting, and hardfacing.
- Use specified welding equipment to support manufacturing operations.
- Maintain equipment timely and correctly, including lifting devices and material handling equipment.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and computer competency.
- Read blueprints and drawings, and use precision measuring instruments.
- Perform manufacturing math calculations and use specialized lifting equipment.
- Provide assistance to others as directed and perform post-work inspection.
- Follow safety procedures diligently in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience required.
- Two years of related experience and certification in welding or equivalent preferred.
- Onsite assessment includes Mig Hardwire (3G Uphill) and Mig Flux Core (2G Horizontal).
