Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vinyl Fence Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fabricating, assembling, and preparing vinyl fencing products to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble vinyl fence panels, gates, and related components according to specifications.
• Measure, cut, route, drill, and prepare vinyl materials using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret work orders, shop drawings, and production schedules.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with loading, packaging, and preparing finished products for delivery.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend process improvements.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vinyl fence fabrication, fence manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl fencing products and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read tape measures accurately and perform basic math calculations.
• Experience using fabrication tools, saws, routers, drills, and other shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
