Overview

Tradesmen International is hiring an experienced Fabricator/Welder for a shop-based opportunity in Enumclaw, WA. The position requires strong steel and stainless-steel fabrication experience and the ability to work independently from blueprints while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel and stainless-steel components from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Perform hard wire and dual-shield welding.
• Layout, measure, and mark dimensions on raw materials.
• Cut, grind, prep, and fit materials for assembly.
• Drill holes and machine parts to precise specifications.
• Assemble structural and fabricated components with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of steel and stainless-steel fabrication experience.
• Strong proficiency with hard wire and dual-shield welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with structural layout and fabrication mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fabrication shop environment.
