Overview

We are looking for a Welder / Fabricator who can get weld certified and follow specific fabrication standards. The role involves assembling, welding, and finishing parts while ensuring quality and communication with the shop manager.

Responsibilities

• Get weld certified.
• Set up parts per paperwork and process per standards.
• Sign into projects by the number on your work order.
• Assemble, weld and finish using standard fabrication methods.
• Verify dimensions and finish are within spec.
• Communicate status with shop manager and assist others as needed.

• Read a tape and understand tolerances, angles, and dimensions.

Additional Information

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
• Must be able to bend at the waist, kneel, and reach objects as necessary.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Weld with Mig and Tig.
• Safely use hand tools including welders, grinders, sanders, drills, etc.
• Overtime work is possible when available.
