Overview

King Marine Canvas is seeking an experienced canvas and upholstery fabricator to support their team with an active production schedule. They are an established custom canvas and upholstery shop with over 40 years of experience, located in the Greater Seattle / Puget Sound area, and are family-owned and oriented.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, assembly, and installation of marine canvas tops, enclosures, covers, and upholstery.
• Ensure attention to detail and precise measurements.
• Use hand tools and operate power tools and light machines.
• Organize workflow, prioritize orders, and meet customer needs and production deadlines.
• Support other team members in the field and at the shop.

Requirements

• Professional canvas or upholstery experience is preferred.
• Ability to organize workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Experience with installation and on-site delivery is a plus.
• Experience with building furniture or reupholstery is a plus.
• Professional experience with creating custom patterns or templates is a plus.
• Experience with garment alterations or tailoring is a plus.

Additional Information

• Full-Time position with Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts and overtime opportunities available.
