TradeWorX is hiring experienced Welder/Riggers for a heavy industrial equipment rebuild project in Troy, MI. This is a first-shift opportunity working 10-hour days on a major tumblast system upgrade. Qualified candidates must have strong welding, rigging, and cutting experience and be comfortable working around large industrial equipment and structural components.

Job Responsibilities

Upgrade and rebuild a 34-cube tumblast system Remove and replace mill components Replace roof sections and structural components Install and align elevator assemblies Replace blast wheels and related equipment Perform welding, cutting, fitting, and rigging operations Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of welding, rigging, and cutting experience Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment Experience with heavy equipment installation or rebuild projects preferred Must possess own hand tools and cordless impact guns
