Overview

At Steven Douglas Corp (SDC), we design and build custom, automated machines for various applications and industries. The Welder-Fabricator is a detail-oriented and reliable individual responsible for day-to-day welding and operations in our shop.

Responsibilities

• Weld fabrications using MIG/TIG on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Cross-train and learn Waterjet cutting center and basic milling machine center operations.
• Participate in operating press brake.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and repair weld-shop equipment as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to weld fabrications using MIG/TIG on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Provide your own specialty tools/toolbox if needed.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to support overtime as needed.
