Overview

We’re looking for experienced, dependable MIG welders to join our night shift team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and safety are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components using MIG process.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Measure and mark reference points or cutting lines on work pieces.
• Climb ladders and enter/exit metal containers as needed.
• Follow company and industry safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements

• 1+ year MIG welding experience (required).
• 1+ year warehouse or shop experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a weld test and certify on steel MIG welding.
• Ability to certify on aluminum MIG welding (preferred).
• Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and wearing steel toe boots.
• Able to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Clean drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime when required.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. (30-min dinner break).
• All candidates must pass a pre-employment exam, background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
• Welders may be asked to perform duties beyond those listed above.
