Overview

We are seeking a skilled experienced Welder to join our team on 1st shift in Wabasha, MN. This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform various welding techniques and equipment.
• Operate power tools such as grinders, saws, and drills.
• Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
• Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements.
• Rig and move materials.
• Fill out proper routing information, tags, counts, and other forms as applicable.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role.
• Proficient in a variety of welding techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
• Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements.
• Ability to rig and move materials.
