Overview

Join an elite and highly skilled manufacturing team specializing in the design and build of custom, automated powder handling equipment. Our products are used in the manufacture of life-saving drugs across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Review, interpret, and understand the fabrication prints for a given project.
  • Fabricate and assemble any given project per its fabrication prints.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Production Team on any given project to facilitate completion.
  • Effectively use GTAW welding of stainless steel to fabricate a given project.
  • Perform basic metal forming and machining using shop equipment.
  • Attend all production meetings, including all meetings for quoting and fabrication release.
  • Review all the parts for a system and compare to the general assembly drawing to confirm accuracy.
  • Responsible for assembling the system per the engineering specifications.
  • Perform Materials Prep random orbital sanding, unidirectional polishing, and high detail polishing.
  • Provide feedback on a given project or fabricated weldments & equipment.
  • Must perform duties in a manner that produces quality work and in a timely manner.
  • Required to perform all other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams).
  • 3+ years of welding experience.
  • 3+ years of TIG welding experience (experience w/ SS is a plus).
  • Superb Communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to see a project through from beginning to end.
  • Team player who enhances team dynamics.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.
  • High integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Knowledgeable in best practices & safety with regards to welding tools and company equipment.
  • Ability to focus on quality craftsmanship & efficiency.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to engage in physical activities such as bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Expected to work the standard workday of 8 hours.
  • Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request.
