Overview

Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a Welder to join their Thunder Jet team, where innovation and quality in manufacturing Thunder Jet boats are prioritized. The role involves performing MIG and TIG welding while adhering to safety standards and contributing to the legacy of creating memorable experiences on the water.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation of welded boats for production purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, identifying risks and hazards prior to job completion.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding of aluminum boats according to drawings and specifications.
• Safely use a skill saw and band saw.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of MIG welding aluminum.
• Ability to follow established safety processes for handling chemicals and equipment.
• Must be able to read drawings and specifications.
• Dependable daily attendance is required.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
