They are currently seeking a full-time General Mechanic Helper to support vehicle and equipment maintenance in the Houston, TX & Porter, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks related to vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Provide own set of basic mechanic’s tools.

Requirements

• 5 years of repair and maintenance experience of a variety of automotive and mechanical equipment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record is essential.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Ability to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smart phone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Ability to work safely under varying environmental and weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools.
• Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment and safety.
