Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machines, dies, and tooling.
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Identify and correct casting defects and process issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and production documentation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Die Cast Mechanic or similar manufacturing role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of die casting processes and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
