Overview

Cozzini, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the human resources function at their manufacturing facility. This standalone role involves bridging local teams with corporate HR initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineers and hourly production staff.
  • Act as a coach and advisor for managers and employees, handling employee relations and guiding performance management.
  • Manage benefits administration, process payroll, audit timekeeping records, and maintain HRIS data.
  • Support facility safety programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and lead corporate policy rollouts and HR audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience supporting internal employees and leadership teams.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing and technical employees.
  • Benefits administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
