Overview

As an Assembly Technician with the Fluke Phoenix Team, you will assemble and test mechanical and electronic/electromechanical products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position involves daily interactions with other manufacturing associates and management in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechanical and electromechanical products
• Perform tube fabrication including cutting, threading, and bending
• Conduct cable fabrication including termination, crimping, and soldering
• Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and procedures
• Complete tests, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Work within a daily management system including tracking key metrics
• Maintain a clean, safe, and 5S work area
• Help ensure proper material levels by using the material replenishment system
• Participate in continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency
• Good organization and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
