Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, focusing on the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. The Welder is responsible for accurately assembling components and sub-assemblies through welding or repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing.
• Join components by applying GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding).
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert the supervisor or Quality Auditor.
• Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to observe all safety rules and policies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Initiative and time management skills.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time hourly position.
