Job Description

Overview

We are seeking experienced welders proficient in GMAW and GTAW welding aluminum to fabricate and assemble metal structures and fixtures for the defense and aerospace industries.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and fixtures.
  • Adhere to safety policies with a safety-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Aluminum Welding experience.
  • Minimum 1 year fabricating from blueprints.
  • Experience welding to AWS D17.1 & D1.2 Aluminum standards.
  • Experience in D1.1 & D1.2 steel is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to pass Aluminum 2G and 3G .090 square groove GMAW welding qualification tests at the interview.
  • Expected to qualify on additional weld tests upon hire.

Additional Information

  • Four day work week (Mon-Thurs) from 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Full benefits package on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
